摘要
目的：对比分析六种医用Ｘ线胶片的感光特性。方法：采用柯达、柯尼卡、爱克发、阿尔梅、富士和乐凯Ｘ线胶片。用相同的感光量分别感光，同样的冲洗条件加工制成感光光楔照片，经密度仪扫描测量，获得感光特性数据进行对比分析。结果：柯尼卡、柯达、阿尔梅Ｘ线胶片的感光特性依次为优。爱克发、富士、乐凯胶片的感光特性基本近似。结论：量化掌握Ｘ线胶片的感光特性，有助于合理使用Ｘ线胶片，调整摄影因素，提高Ｘ线照片影像质量。
Objective： To compare the sensitive properties of s ix kinds of medical X-ray film.Methods:The KODAK,KONICA,AERMEI,AGFA,F UJI and LUCKY X-ray films were used for test. With same dose of exposure and sam e processing conditions the film strips were developed.The data on sensitive pro perties which acquired by scanning and measuring the film strips with a sensitometer were analysed comparatively.Results：The sensitive properties of KONICA,KODAK，AERMEI X-ray film were of good quality in decreasing order.T he AGFA,FUJI,LUCKY were simila r to each other,and next to the former ones.Conclusion： To quanti fy the sensitive properties of films is useful in choosing X-ray films,adjusting the variable radiographic factors and then improving the images quality of X-ray films.
