摘要
目的：为了探讨甲真菌病对患者生活质量和工作的影响。方法：本研究通过对甲真菌病患者现场问卷调查分析。结果：本研究显示甲真菌病患者占皮肤科门诊就诊人数的２２．１８％；甲真菌病引起疼痛４７．９１％；影响社交活动５６．９１％，担心传染他人６７．４８％；有畏惧感６３．６８％；有精神压力５３．５９％。结论：甲真菌病对患者生活质量和工作均有明显影响，积极防治甲真菌病有重要现实意义。
Objective:To study the impact of on ychomycosis on patients' lives and work. Methods: A total of 391 p atients with confirmed onychomycosis were investigated by questionnaires on the spot.Results:The results showed that the onychomycosis patients ac counted for 22.18% of patients who went to dermatological outpatient department ; 47.97% of onychomycosis patients felt pain; 56.91% patients were frustrated i n social activities; 67.48% patients worried about infecting others; 63.68% pati ents were frightened; 53.39% patients had negative psychological effects. Conclusion: It suggests that onychomycosis has significant effects on patients' lives and work. It is important to prevent and treat onychomycosis actively.
