摘要
目的：探讨线索细胞分级法在细菌性阴道病（ＢＶ）诊断中的应用价值。方法：用革兰染色涂片计算线索细胞在全部上皮细胞中所占百分比进行分级。结果：ＢＶ病人与非ＢＶ病人在线索细胞（＋）时，无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），在线索细胞为（＋＋）～（＋＋＋＋）时，差异有极显著性（Ｐ＜０．００1＝。当线索细胞达到（＋＋）以上时，诊断的敏感度为 1０（％，特异性为９８．８％。结论：线索细胞分级可作为ＢＶ诊断的一个半定量指标。
Objective: To study the value of clue cell grading in the bacterial vaginosis (BV) diagnosis. Meth- ods :. 427 BV patients were diagnosed by clinical symptoms and Gram's (G) stian and graded according to the ra- tio of clue cell in the epithelium with G staining. Results: There was no difference between patients with BV and without BV when the ratio of clue cell was equal to or over 20% and less than 40% ( + ) (P >0.05). There was however significant difference between them when the ratio of clue cell was above 40% (++ - + + + +). When the ratio of clue cell was equal to or above 40% ,the sensitivity and specificity were 100% and 98.8% re- spectively in the BV diagnosis. Conclusion : Clue cell grading could be used as a semi - quantitative index in the BV diagnosis.
