摘要
本文用DSC、TG和热裂解色谱分析法探讨了PEK-C辐照前后的力学行为和热稳定性.辐照前,随着热处理温度的增加,PEK-C的玻璃化转变温度略有增加,这是由于部分交联所致.辐照剂量高达10~9拉德,PEK-C仍能保持良好的力学性能和热稳定性.
Thermal stability and irradiation stability of a new type polyaryl ether ketone PEK-C are studied by techique of DSC and TG and pyrolysis spectrometer system. Before irradiation, glass transition temperature of PEK-C slightly increased with temperature of thermal treatment, this is caused by partial cross-linking, mechnical property and thermal stability of PEK-C remain very good, up to irradiation dose 10~9 rad.
