With the Autoconer 338, the spinning plant is able to satisfy the new demands imposed on the winding process by compact yarns. All impomant aspects of the winding process itself have been examined, such as splice quality, yarn quality and package build, and adapted to the requirements compact yarns. Overall optimization of both the spinning and winding processes is a special performance feature. The market figures show that this approch ideally satisfies the requirements of the modern ring spinning plant. 65% of all compact yarns produced are wound on the Autoconer.
