摘要
在自制鼓泡流化床反应器上进行了气体停留时间对煤热解过程影响的研究。研究发现焦油产率在气体停留时间为 18.2 s时最高 ,以后随气体停留时间的延长而下降。这是由于两个相反趋势共同作用的结果。在 2 4.4s时煤气中高热值的烃类产量较闹 ,低热值 CO与 H2 总产量较低 ,所以此时煤气热值较高。气体停留时间增加 ,半焦中残留挥发分减少、H/ C下降。通过适当调节载气流量 ,控制气体停留时间 。
Pyrolysis of Shenmu bituminous coal in the presence of calcium oxide was studied under atmospheric pressure and gas residence time range of 8.5 -34 s in a fluidized bed reactor. The gas residence time for of tar maximum yield is 18.2 s and the tar yield would decreased with temperature raising above 18.2 s. The calorific value of gas reaches the maximum, including higher content of alkane and lower content of carbon oxide and hydrogen, when gas residence time is 24.4 s. The volatile and the ratio of H/C in char decrease with the increase of gas residence time. The organic materials of coal can be distributed more reasonable by adjusting carrier gas flow and controlling gas residence time.
