摘要
粮食贮运加工过程中 ,随着烘干仓内温度升高 ,粉尘浓度及压力的增大 ,很容易发生爆炸 ,而传输机构打滑产生的高温和火花是引起爆炸的主要原因 ,为避免打滑引起的粉尘爆炸 ,介绍一种新型防爆检测装置 。
In granary,explosion is often occured because of high temperature,heavy density of powder and huge pressure in drying storehourse in the process of grain's drying and storing. The high temperature and spark caused by running belt slide is the key factor. A new equipment to detect belt slide or blocked,difference velocity protector,is introduced in order to avoid powder explosion.Effect of protecting explosion is evident in the application.
