摘要
介绍微机、智能模块、PLC构成的控制系统在氧化球团强度测试机中的应用 ,阐述了控制系统的设计思想和工作原理 ,给出了具体的控制线路图 ,系统性能稳定可靠 ,测量精确快速 ,具有一定的推广价值。
This paper introduces the application of control system composed of microcomputer, intelligent modules and PLC in the intensity test controller of oxide spherical agglomeration. It expounds the design idea of the control system and gives the circuit diagram. The system has got good performance in rapid testing and high precision,and is running steadily and reliably. The control system is worth to be generalized.
