摘要
给出了一个交互式的基于 Petri网的项目管理模型 ,该模型利用 Petri网描述并发事件的能力 ,将整个项目管理模型分解为规划网、监控网、预测网和资源管理网 ,并给出了 Petri网表示的转换、项目监控、资源分配和冲突等问题的解决方法 .基于以上模型的系统能较好地解决项目管理中系统的并行规划和设计 ,是一种比较有效的项目管理模型 .
A project management model based on Petri net is introduced. The whole model is divided into four components: the planning, monitoring, predicting and resource allocating Petri nets. The solution methods for presenting the Petri nets, project monitoring, allocating resources and mediating the resource conflict are discussed. The model can satisfy the requirements of concurrent planning and design in project management.
