摘要
目的 评价１９例晚期食管癌的介入治疗方法选择和效果。方法１９例晚期食管癌患者依据临床情况，８例食管下端癌行导管动脉化疗，其中２例化疗后再行食管内支架；１１例食管中段癌９例行食管内支架（２例食管内支架后再放疗）。２例只行动脉导管化疗。结果１６例患者介入治疗有效，３例无效。结论晚期食管癌应根据患者情况选择介入治疗方法，方可取得较好的疗效。
Objective: To evaluate the selected methods and the effect of the interventional therapy for 19 cases of advanced esophageal carcinoma. Methods 19 cases of advanced esophageal carcinoma were treated in accordance with their clinical situation. 8 cases of esophageal carcinoma in inferior portion were treated by arterial infusion with chemical medicine; 2 of them were treated by intra-esophageal stent after chemotherapy; of 11 cases in middle portion, 9 were treated by intra-esophageal stent,and the other 2 cases were treated by arterial infusion. Results Interventional therapy was found effective in 16 cases, and ineffective in 3cases. Conclusion A proper variety of interventional therapies should be selected according to patients' condition for an effective treatment of esophageal carcinoma.
