摘要
目的 探讨依那普利对高血压患者QT离散度的影响。方法 观察32例长期应用依那普利的高血压患者,分别于用药前和用药后一年和两年测量血压和心电图,并进行对照。结果长期应用依那普利后,伴随患者血压降至正常水平,QT离散度明显缩短。结论依那普利在降血压的同时,使高血压患者QT离散度明显缩短。
Objective To investigate the effect of enalapril therapy on QT dispersion in hypertensive patients. Methods Blood pressure and QT dispersion were measured in 32 hypertensive patients before and after 1 year, 2 years of enalapril therapy. Results After long term enalapril therapy,QT dispersion decreased significantly with blood pressure remaining in normal level in hypertensive patients. Conclusion QT dispersion can be significantly decreased with blood pressure remaining in normal level by long term enalapril therapy in hypertensive patients.
