摘要
目的 评价局部切除治疗乏特壶腹部肿瘤的疗效。方法 回顾性分析对 17例乏特壶腹部肿瘤患者实施局部切除的结果。结果 术后并发症发生率为 18% (3/17)。 2例良性肿瘤治愈。 15例恶性肿瘤中 ,5年存活率 33% (5 /15 )。结论 局部切除可使部分患者获得根治性切除的结果。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of local resection on the treatment of the tumors of the papilla of Vater.[WT5”HZ] Methods Retrospective study was used to analyze the results of local resection in the treatment of 17 cases of tumors of papilla of Vater since 1983.Results Among the 17 patients, no perioperative and postoperative death occurred during hospitalization. The morbidity of postoperative complications was 18% (3/17). The two patients with benign disease were cured completely after local resection. Of the 15 patients with malignant tumors, 5 year survival rate was 33% (5/15). Conclusion Local resection of the ampullary region may achieve a radical resection efficacy in part of the patients with tumors of the papilla of Vater.
