摘要
网络经济作为知识经济的重要组成部分正在迅速成长 ,成为世界经济增长的新动力。网络经济使得以信息技术为基础的各种服务行业越来越多地成为国家主导产业 ;世界经济全球化的进程因之大大加速 ,国际投资、国际贸易以及跨国生产进一步发展 ,跨国公司和跨国经营借此在世界经济中占据主导地位 ;企业跨国家和跨行业联合迅速发展 ,经济活动将按网络加以重新组织。网络经济发展的现实提醒我们 :中国必须加速发展网络经济 ,否则 ,以网络经济为核心的信息产业将极有可能成为 2 1世纪中国经济发展的“瓶颈”产业。
As the important part of the Knowledge Economy, Internet Economy is growing up rapidly, and becomes the new driving force of the world economy increment. Internet Economy makes service industry, which based on information technology, become the leading industry in the country, the process of economy globalization speed up ,and international investment, international trade, transnational production further develop, transnational corporation and transnational operation occupy the guiding status in the world economy, also Internet Economy makes enterprise integrated beyond country and industry develop rapidly, economy activity reorganize according to the internet. The reality of the development of the Internet Economy reminds us: China must speed up the development of Internet Economy, if not, information industry, whose core is Internet Economy, will probably become the “bottleneck industry”of economy development in China in the 21 century.
