HLA-Ⅱ类基因与自身免疫性甲状腺疾病 被引量：1

摘要 自身免疫性甲状腺疾病（ＡＩＴＤ）属器官特异性自身免疫性疾病，其发生与遗传因素相关，具有复杂的多基因控制的特点，尤其是人类白细胞抗原（ＨＬＡ）－Ⅱ类基因及其产物在 ＡＩＴＤ发病中有着重要作用。不同人种的研究表明，ＨＬＡ－Ⅱ类基因位点存在于ＡＩＴＤ发病相关的易感基因和保护基因，二者共同作用影响ＡＩＴＤ的发生。ＨＬＡ－Ⅱ类基因的多态性决定ＨＬＡ－Ⅱ类分子的多样性。本文拟就ＨＬＡ－Ⅱ类基因及其抗原分子结构、功能以及ＡＩＴＤ的易感基因和保护基因的研究进展作一综述。
