核因子-κB与儿童免疫性疾病
摘要
核因子（ＮＦ）－κＢ是一种具有多向性调节作用的核转录因子，可在免疫刺激剂等多种因素作用下被激活，调节基因的转录，参与调节许多与免疫功能和炎症有关的基因，ＮＦ－κκＢ在多种疾病中的作用已日益引起人们的关注。本文综述了ＮＦ－κＢ的生物学特性、功能及其与儿童常见的免疫性疾病的关系研究进展。
