摘要
目的 探讨应用尿道口蒂阴囊纵隔皮瓣一期修复尿道下裂的可行性。 方法 对 18例尿道下裂患者采用尿道口蒂阴囊纵隔皮瓣一期修复。 结果 除 1例并发尿瘘外 ,余 17例均获痊愈 ,尿道无狭窄 ,阴茎阴囊角正常 ,阴茎伸展自如。 结论 尿道口蒂阴囊纵隔皮瓣血运良好 ,一期治疗尿道下裂疗效确切 ,操作简单。
Objective To explore the feasibility of one stage repair of hypospadias using scrotal septal skin flap Methods Eighteen patients were repaired by this method. Results Seventeen of the 18 patients in this group have had excellent cosmetic and functional results without urinary fistula and stenosis.The angle of penis to scrotum has been normal. One patient developed a fistula. Conclusions The flap is easily developed with reliable blood supply.It is a simple ,convenient and effective technique for one stage repair of hypospadias.
