摘要
目的 :建立脑脉 号胶囊的质量控制方法。方法 :用薄层色谱法对其中人工牛黄 ,虎杖 ,龙胆草 ,益母草进行了定性鉴别 ,用薄层扫描法对人工牛黄中胆酸进行了含量测定。结果 :线性范围为 2 .6 5～ 15 .9m g/ m平均回收率为 10 0 .5 ,RSD为2 .4%。结论 :该方法简便、准确 。
OBJECTIVE:A quality control mothod was establishcd.METHOD:Its ingredients,Calculus bovis factitious,Rhizoma polygoni cuspidati,Leonurus heterophyllus Sweet,Gentiana scabra were identified by TLC.The Cholic acid content was determined by TLCS method.RESULTS: The linear range was 4.91～19.46mg/ml,The recovery was 100.7%(RSD was 1.66%).CONCLUSION:The mothod is simple and accurate,and may be used as the assay method for the capsules.
