摘要
应用纯中药制剂消渴玉液对 3 2例糖耐量减退 ( IGT)患者进行了为期 2年的干预性治疗 ,并设对照组进行观察 ,结果显示消渴玉液可明显降低服糖后 2 h血糖和血中胆固醇水平 ,3 2例完成试验的治疗组患者仅有 2例进展为糖尿病 ( DM) ,有 2 2例糖耐量恢复正常 ,说明消渴玉液是治疗 IGT的有效方剂。
Thirty two impaired glucose tolerance(IGT) patients were treated by Xiaoke Yuye for two years,the results showed that Xiaoke Yuye could reduce 2 hour blood glucose after 75 g OGTT,and also reduced blood cholesterol The rate of transformation of IGT into diabetes mellitus(DM) was only 6.25% in the treatment group,and 22 cases of IGT patients changed in to normal glucose tolerance.It suggests that Xiaoke Yuye is a good recipe to treat IGT.
