摘要
目的 探讨乳腺癌 nm2 3/ NDPK表达与病理分级 ,淋巴结转移及复发的关系。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测 73例乳腺癌 nm2 3/NDPK的表达 ,并对 2 8例病人进行术后 3年的随访分析。结果 nm2 3/ NDPK在乳腺癌中的表达与病理分级有关 (P =0 .686 5) ,而与淋巴结转移之间存在明显的关系 (P<0 .0 0 1 )。随访 2 8例病人中 ,有 1 1例在 3年之内复发 ,复发组与未复发组比较 ,其 nm2 3/ NDPK表达经 fisher检验 P=0 .0 0 15,二者之间有显著的差异性。结论 nm2 3/
? Objective In order to detect the relationship between nm23/NDPKd expression in breast carcinoma and pathological grade,lymph node metastasis and relapse.Methods The expression of nm23/NDPK were detected in 73 cases of breast carcinoma with immunohistochemical technique,and 28 cases were followed up for three years.Results There was on correlation between nm23/NDPK expression in breast carcinoma and pathological grade( P =0 686 5),but there was significant correlation between nm23/NDPK expression and lymph node metastasis( P <0 0001).There were 11 patients relapsed within three years among 28 cases who were followed up.There was significant nm23/NDPK expression difference between relapse and nonrelapse group( P =0 001 5).Conclusions nm23/NDPK expression may be regarded as a reference factor in estimating metastasis and replase in breast carcinoma patients.
