摘要
发电机是无功及电压支持服务的重要设备。在传统的电力系统体制中 ,这种服务一般是义务和免费的。在电力市场条件下 ,只有给发电机的这种服务以正确的价格信号和适当的经济补偿 ,才能有利于电力系统的安全稳定运行。分析了发电机无功出力的机会成本和容量成本 ,提出了以无功的机会成本加容量成本作为发电机无功计价的方法。并通过实例分析 。
Generator provides reactive and voltage service in power systems.The service is compulsory and free in the conventional power systems.Only if the service is given proper economic compensation and accurate pricing,it can benefit to safe and economical operation of power system under deregulation.The opportunity cost and capacity cost of reactive power are analyzed,and a method considering the total cost of opportunity and capacity as pricing of reactive power is presented in this paper.This method is verified simple and feasible.
