摘要
目的 研究小鼠生后不同发育阶段生殖腺上皮中纤溶酶原激活系统的表达情况。方法 出生后第 9天至 6 0天小鼠72只 ,雌雄各半 ,按出生后第 9、1 5、2 0、2 5、32、4 0、4 5、50、6 0天分为 9组 ,每组 8只小鼠 ,雌雄各半 ,取小鼠的卵巢和睾丸 ,应用免疫组织化学方法 ,对卵巢和睾丸石蜡切片上纤溶酶原激活因子及抑制因子的表达进行了检测和半定量分析。结果 出生后第 9~ 30天的小鼠卵巢和睾丸中没有检测出纤溶酶原激活因子及抑制因子的表达 ,而在第 30~ 6 0天的小鼠卵巢中检测出uPA、uPAR表达 ,在第 30~ 6 0天的小鼠睾丸中检测出tPA的表达 ,并且表达量较强。结论 小鼠生殖周期中纤溶酶原激活因子及抑制因子的表达与大鼠生殖腺中的规律有一定差异。
Objective To investigate the expressions of plasminogen activators (PA) and inhibitors (PAI) in epithelium of mouse genital gland in different developing stages. Methods A total of 36 male and 36 female mice were equally divided into 9 groups, that is, 9, 15, 20, 25, 32, 40, 45, 50 and 60 d afterbirth. The expressions of PA and PAI in ovaries or testicles of mice were determined and semio quantified with immunohisochemical analysis. Results The expressions of PA and PAI were not detected in ovaries or testicles of mice 9 to 30 d after birth. The expressions of urokinase type PA (uPA) and uPA receptor in ovaries and tissue type PA (tPA) and tPA receptor in testicles were significantly increased in 30 to 60 d after birth. Conclusion The expressions of PA and PAI in mice genital gland during reproductive cycle differ from those in rats.
