摘要
浙江省泰顺龟湖叶蜡石是近年发现的热液交代蚀变酸性火山岩的巨型矿床。作者对其矿物学特征及其应用开展了研究,并且进行了叶蜡石作为造纸涂料和叶蜡石经偶联剂表面改性作为橡塑填料的试验,获得了成功。证明叶蜡石涂布纸平滑度极佳,印刷性能较好,而改性叶蜡石则可代替白碳黑及高耐磨碳黑用于橡胶生产之中。
The Guihu pyrophyllite deposit discovered in recent year s in Taishun of Zhe- jiang is a huge deposit occurring in hydrothermal metasomatic alterated acidic volcanic rocks. The author made a studied on the mineralogical characteristics of the pyrophyllite and its application.Successful results have been abtained in his exPeriments on the use of pyrophyll- ite as a coating material for paper making and as a filler(after surface modification with a coupling agent)in rubber and plastic products.The experiments indicate that the pyrophyllite coated paper shows a very smooth surface and has good properties for printing and that the modified pyroPhyllite can be used to replace the white carbon black and the highly abrasion- resisting carbon black.
