摘要
目的 :从牛精浆中纯化牛精浆 (BSP)蛋白。方法 :利用盐析及亲和层析等方法对BSP蛋白进行纯化。结果 :用Gelatin Sephorase 4B亲和胶纯化出一个蛋白峰 ,经电泳及氨基酸测序证实为BSP A1/ A2蛋白。 结论 :用市售Gelatin Sephorase 4B亲和胶可方便的纯化出BSP A1/ A2蛋白。
Objective: Our aim was to purify bovine seminal plasma (BSP) proteins from bovine seminal plasma. Methods: We purified the BSP protein by precipitation and affinity chromatography. Results: We got a protein peak through the Gelatin Sephorase 4B gel and it was identified as BSP A1/ A2 by SDS PAGE and amino acid sequencing. Conclusion: The BSP A1/ A2 protein can be purified by Gelatin Sephorase 4B affinity gel.
