摘要
采用特定电磁波治疗器,结合自拟归龙二川汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变32例,与单用西药24例对比观察。结果:治疗组32例中显效21例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率为90.63%;对照组24例中显效6例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率为66.67%。2组总有效率比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。电生理神经传导速度2组治疗前后比较、治疗组与对照组治疗后比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。
Thirty-two cases of diabetic neuropathy were treated by specified electromagnetic apparatus and Guilong Erchuan Tang,24 cases treated by western medicine as control.The results showed that 21 cases were markedly effective,8 cases effective,3 cases ineffective (the total effective rate being 90 63%) in the treatment group,and 6,10,8 cases respectively(the total effective rate being 66 67%) in the control group (P < 0 01). The increase of nerve conduction velocity after treatment also showed markedly signifiant difference between two groups (P < 0 01).
