摘要
目的 :探讨模拟海拔 70 0 0米缺氧小鼠肺和脑组织中 NOS活性的变化。方法 :2 4只小鼠随机分为常氧对照组、急性低氧组和低氧 /再复氧组 ,分别测定肺和脑组织的 NOS。结果 :急性低氧组肺、脑组织 NOS水平较常氧对照组及低氧 /再复氧组复氧组明显下降 (P<0 .0 1) ,低氧 /再复氧组 NOS活力较常氧对照组下降不明显 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :低氧时 NOS活力下降。
Objective:To study NOS alterations in lung and brain in analogue altitude 7000m hypoxia mouses .Methods:Twenty-four mouses were randomly assigned into one of three experimental groups:NC,AH, HR.Determine NOS in lung and brain.Results:NOS significantly declined in AH as contrast to NC and RH;while NOS in HR declined insignificantly as constract to NC.Conclusions:NOS declined significantly when in hypoxia.
