摘要
术前应密切观察病情变化，积极给予抗脑血管痉挛药物治疗，改善脑微循环；同时应加强心 理护理和卫生宣教，有助于手术的顺利进行和术后的康复。术后应及早发现和预防并发症， 才能避免出现不可逆的神经功能损害。
