摘要
目的 评价低剂量粒生素对恶性肿瘤化疗所致白细胞减少的疗效。方法 采用每天皮下注射粒生素 75μg一次治疗 45例因恶性肿瘤化疗所致白细胞减少的患者 ,他们治疗前外周血白细胞总数平均值为 ( 1 .85± 2 .66)× 1 0 9/ L。结果 45例患者治疗后外周血白细胞总数上升达显效( 1 8例 )或有效 ( 2 4例 )所需时间为 5.5± 4.8d,有效率 93.33% ;无效 3例 ,占 6.67%。结论 每天皮下注射低剂量粒生素 ( 75μg/ d,可以明显减轻化疗过程中外周血白细胞下降程度、缩短白细胞在4.0× 1 0 9/ L以下的持续时间及恢复到 4.0× 1 0 9/ L以上的时间 ,且毒副反应轻微、安全可靠、费用较低 。
Objective To appraise the curative effect of using low dose lishengsu for the leukocyte reducing in malignant tumor chemotherapy. Methods The rhG CSF(Lishegsu) at a dose of 75μg/body·day was given subcataneously for forty five patients with the leukocyte reducing in malignant tumor chemotherapy,and their average leukocyte count were(1.85±2.66)×10 9/L before receiving the treatment.Results The time of fory five patients's circum leukocyte count upawing to availability(18 cases)or producing effects,was 5.5±4.8 days.And rates was 93.3%.Conclusion Those 75μg/body·day was given subcataneously could elevate natirs of WBC and significantly shortened leukopenic period with WBC below 4.0×10 9/L and expedited the recovery of WBC to levels above 4.0×10 9/L.Another the Lishengsu's side effects were mild,and its price is cheap.
