摘要
目的 研究漂白粉杀灭嗜肺军团菌效果及其影响因素。方法 应用悬液定量杀菌试验观察漂白粉溶液对嗜肺军团菌的杀灭作用及温度、pH值、有机物对其杀菌效果的影响 ,以空气人工喷菌消毒试验观察漂白粉气雾对空气中嗜肺军团菌的杀灭作用。结果 有效氯含量 5 0 0mg/L、10 0 0mg/L漂白粉溶液对嗜肺军团菌作用 1min杀灭率为 10 0 % ,有效氯含量10 0mg/L、2 5 0mg/L漂白粉溶液分别对嗜肺军团菌作用10min、5min ,杀灭率均为 10 0 %。杀菌作用随温度升高、pH降低而增强 ,因有机物存在而减弱。有效氯含量 4mg/L的漂白粉气雾对空气中嗜肺军团菌作用 40min ,杀灭率为 10 0 %。结论 漂白粉可用于杀灭水环境和空气中的嗜肺军团菌。
Objective To study the bactericidal efficacy and influencing fators of chloride to legionella pneumophila.Methods The solution quantitative germicidal test was performed to observe the germicial efficacy of Legionella pneumophila as well as the role of temperature,pH and organic substance.Results The killing rate to Legionella pneumphila was 100% when the effective chloride was 500mg/L and 1000mg/L lasted 1min.The same results was got when the effective chloride was 100mg/L lasted 10min and 250mg/L lasted 5min respectively.The bactericidal efficacy was enhanced with the growth of temperature and drop of pH.The efficacy was lowed with organic substance.Conclusion The results revealed that chloride could be used for the bactericide of legionella penumophila in environment water and air.
