摘要
目的 介绍臀肌挛缩症的诊断与手术治疗方法。方法 髋外侧触及纵形硬索带感及髋内收、内旋、屈曲障碍 ,可诊断该病 ;手术中应边松解边行交腿试验及髋内收、内旋检查。结果 治疗 2 3例 ,经 1个月～ 3年随访 ,畸形全部得到纠正 ,髋关节功能完全恢复正常或接近正常。结论 掌握该病共有的临床表现及阳性体征 ,诊断不难 ;手术中要做到既彻底切断挛缩组织又不致切断正常肌肉组织 ,影响髋关节外展功能。
Objective To describe the diagnosis and the operative procedure for the treatment of gluteus contracture.Methods A tangible vertical hard cord on the outer hip side, the hip adduction, internal rotation and poor flexion contribute to the diagnosis of gluteus contracture. During the operative procedure, a cross-leg test and examination of hip adduction and inward rotation shall be performed upon undressing and relaxation.Results Twenty-three cases of gluteus contracture were treated and followed up for one month to three years. All deformities were found to have been corrected and hip function recovered to normal or nearly normal level. Conclusion An easy diagnosis of gluteus contracture can be made with a knowledge of its clinical manifestations and positive signs. During operation the contracted tissue must be severed without hurting the normal muscular tissue so as to avoid affecting the normal abductive function.
