摘要
对麦类赤霉病穗腐镰刀菌的 1 3个种或变种的苹果酸脱氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶和乙醇脱氢酶同工酶 ,进行了聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析。结果表明 ,3种同工酶谱在供试的镰刀菌种或变种间具有显著而稳定的差异 。
Thirteen species and varieties of the genus Fusarium causing headblight of cereal crops were studied for malate dehydrogenase,superoxide dismutase and esterase′s zymograms by polyacrylanmide gel electrophoresis. The isozyme polyacrylamide of them distinctly differentiated the species of varieties used in this research, so all of them could be used as the new norm for identifing and classifiying.
