摘要
对 7个双孢蘑菇菌株的低温结实性进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,菌株间低温结实性差异显著 ,其中A9916和A9915产量最高 ,达 84 8.8g /袋和 757.8g /袋 ,其单位面积产量已达到或接近常规栽培的水平。根据酯酶同工酶的主副酶带数目和位置 ,可将 6个蘑菇菌株区分为 3个类群 ,酶谱类型与菌株来源及类型相一致 ,与结实性状关系有待更多菌株的进一步研究。
This trial was conducted to examine fruiting performances of seven Agaricus bisporus strains under low temperature. The results showed that the fruiting and yield performances differed significantly. The yield of A9916 and A9915 was greatly higher than that of other 5 strains, which was 848.8 g / b and 757.8 g / b respectively, close to the average yield of normal cultivation. Based on the number and relative position of esterase isozyme bands ,6 A. bisporus strains may be classified into 3 types, which accord with the source and type of strains. The relation between the esterase patterns and fruiting characteristics under low temperature remains to be revealed with more strains taken into trial.
