摘要
概述了目前我国森林环境价值评价的理论基础和评价方法 ,并对其难点进行了分析 ,阐述了构建我国特色的评价理论框架及评价体系的必要性 ,指出只有建立森林生态环境定位观测站及其动态监测体系 ,才能科学计量、评估森林生态环境价值 .
This paper puts forward some problems and countermeasures of the monetary evaluation of ecological and environmental functions of forest.The problems are theory foundation,research methods and evaluation models.The countermeasures are:(1)presenting the theory framework of the evaluation on the basis of various important evaluation theories,(2) analyzing and following the development trends and (3) establishing the network and system for monitoring the comprehensive ecological and environmental functions of forest.
