摘要
目的 建立降脂I号口服液的质量控制方法。方法 薄层色谱法鉴别该中成药中的大黄素、大黄酚、大黄酸和大黄素甲醚 ,薄层扫描法定量测定大黄酚。结果 色谱板为硅胶HCMC -Na ,展开剂正已烷 -乙酸乙酯 -甲酸 (30∶10∶0 .5 )上层 ,薄层扫描波长 434nm ,大黄酚检测限为 0 .0 5 μg,标准曲线Y =410 1.8X - 1919(r =1.0 0 0 ) ,平均回收率 99.77%。结论 所建立的方法特征性强 ,方法学考察满意 。
Aim To establish an analytical method for the quality control of Jiangzhiyihao.Method TLC with emodin,chrystophanol,rhein and physcion as standard compounds was adopted to identify the drug,while TLC-Scanning with chrystophanol as standard component was used to control the drug's quality.Results Silica H-CMC Na plate was used with n-Hexane-Ethylestate-Formic acid (30∶10∶0.5) as developing solvent,TLCS wavelength at 434 nm,detection limit was 0.05μg,the equation of the calibration curve was Y=4101.8X-1919 (r=1.000),the average recovery was 99.77%.Conclusion The established analytical method is characteristic for the quality and quantity of this Chinese medicine,and can be used as the routine quality control method of this drug.
