摘要
海木器厂以技术进修形式派员去日本实践考察,该厂从实际出发,引进了必要的关键设备(硬件)、工艺、技术(软件)和某些配件、材料,再结合该厂产品进行工艺改革,取得了初步成效。下面刊登的以砂代刨与实木拼板两项工艺改革可供有关厂参考,本刊借此希望各企业回顾总结一下引进设备中的经验教训,以弘扬自力更生的精神,走技术改造的道路来发展生产,振兴经济国外木制品行业近年来已全部实现了以砂代刨工艺,且实现了机械化生产、本文介绍了以砂代刨工艺及设备要求,效益分析和该厂的未来打算。该厂为了提高木材利用率,还进行了实木拼板工艺改革。文章介绍了实木拼板工艺、设备及施工时的注意事项等。
The technology of using sanding instead of planing has been fully carried out in foreign wood product industry and mechanized production has been realized. This article introduces the prcessing and equipment requirements of sanding instead of planing, gives an analysis of economic benefit and states the future planning of the factory. In order to improvethe usage of wood, Shanghai Wood Article Factory has reformed the joining technology of solid boards which has been benefited primarily. The factory introduces its joining technology, equipment, and some thing to be paid attention to.
