摘要
通过特定的煤粉燃烧动力学试验和燃烧理论的分析,说明在分解炉工作的温度范围内,不同种煤粉表现出来的燃烧特性差异很大,对分解炉的操作参数 ,主要是分解炉的温度和气氛影响很大,燃烧反应可能由动力控制,也可能由扩散控制,究竟哪一种因素起主要作用,取决于煤粉的种类。可通过相应的动力学试验测定其燃烧特性,制定合理的操作参数以指导生产实践。
Results were acquired through the analysis of the combustion dynamic experiment with specific coal powder and combustion theory that different type of coal powder exhibits great difference in the combustion properties under the operation temperature range of the pre- calcining furnace. The temperature and the atmosphere inside the pre- calcining furnace exerted great effects on the process parameters. The combustion reaction was controlled either by dynamics or diffusion, which was relevant to the type of coal powder. The combustion property was measured through dynamic experiment so as to determine the rational operation parameters and guide the production practice.
