摘要
对所设计的摩擦传动装置 ,进行了传动特性实验 ,在实验的基础上 ,分析了该摩擦传动机构的驱动力、最小位移以及定位精度等性能 ,为其在驱动超精密机床溜板运动过程中实施微机补偿提供了有效的数据。
Experimenting on the transmission character of the friction transmission equipment designed by us,we analysis the performance of driver power,minimum diplacement and orientation precision of the equipment,and provide some effective data to implement the computer compensation in driving the skate of the high precision machine.
