明确提出了以传动角作为基本设计参数设计具有急回特性的四杆机构的原理和方法 。
We present an analytical method for designing the four bar linkage taking the conditions of force transmission as basic design parameters. Based on the relation of quick return movement, the positions of the minimum and maximum transmission angle occurred in the linkage were obtained, three simultaneous equations were set up. Due to the simultaneous equations and the known parameters (for example, the length and swing angle of the rocker), the time ratio of the two swings of the rocker can be obtained. Other unknown parameters can be calculated by taking its solution of real number to simultaneous equations. This method can be used to design the four bar linkage with better dynamical character and higher precision. We also give an example for designing another linkage considering both force transmission and movement conditions.
