摘要
弹流润滑点接触问题数值解大多采用有限差分法对雷诺方程进行求解 ,本文采用有限元法对等温弹流润滑点接触问题进行探讨 ,采用直接法迭代得出给定工况下该问题的数值解包括油膜形状与接触区的压力分布。
s: The finite element method (FEM) was used to investigate the isothermal elasto hydrodynamic lubrication (EHD) for point contacts instead of the traditional relaxation method based on finite difference processing. Because of the high coupling feature, the solution tends to be unstable under the condition of high pressure. Through the direct iteration process, the numerical solution in practical case was obtained including the film thickness and pressure distribution over the contact area, and plots in pressure distribution are more reasonable and in agreement with the experimental results.
