摘要
并行工程和敏捷制造战略使得产品的开发由串行模式走向并行化、集成化和协同化。人工智能知识工程的应用是实现这一模式的有效途径。结合复杂机械产品协同开发下的方案设计 ,提出了一种集成推理模型和模糊综合评价方法。讨论了设计实例的表示、实例组织以及实例检索等 ,介绍了多层次多目标模糊综合评价方法。实践结果表明 ,实例基推理和规则基集成推理技术充分发挥了二者各自的优势 ,为设计领域内新问题的解决提供了一条可行的途径。
Concurrent engineering and agile manufacturing strategy make the traditional serial product development tend towards parallel, integrated and coordinated. Application of artificial intelligence such as knowledge engineering is an effective approach to implement the mode. This paper summarizes the case-based design techniques and presents an integrated reasoning model based on case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning, and also introduces the application to mechanical product conceptual design. The representation and organization of the designing cases are discussed in detail. Finally, the integrated system is analyzed and evaluated with its application.
