某化工厂一台 40 0m3 氮气球罐是采用前西德进口FG39钢板 ,于 1979年制造完毕后第二年投入使用 ,1998年开罐检验时发现在焊缝热影响区和距焊缝 15 0mm处有大量的表面裂纹 ,本文介绍了当时开罐检验的情况 ,并对表面裂纹产生的原因作出了初步分析 ,分析认为 。
This paper introduces the tank opening inspection situation of a FG39 400m 3 Spherical Tank,and analysis shows that alternating stress that causes such cracks.
