摘要
随着科学技术和工业生产的迅猛发展 ,许多领域越来越多地提出了对三维工件尺寸和形状参数测量的要求。在广泛调研的基础上 ,系统地介绍了目前三维形状测量的主要测量方法 ,对每种方法的基本原理与主要优缺点及精度进行了分析 ,阐述了它们的发展现状及应用范围 。
With the rapid development of modern technology and industry, there is an expanding demand on 3 D shape measurement in many fields. On the basis of wide research, the main methods of 3 D shape measurement are systematically introduced . The mainly principle, characteristics and measuring precision of each method are analyzed, meanwhile the current development and applications are also presented. In addition, important areas requiring further research and development are discussed.
