摘要
针对ISO90 0 0标准族 2 0 0 0版的新特点 ,为了实现质量管理体系的办公系统 ,提出一种集成化的设计方案 :使用Domino实现文档处理 ;使用ERP系统实现数据处理 ;通过Domino/Notes与ERP系统的连接 ,为用户提供Notes客户端或Web客户端的统一的质量管理办公界面 ,处理文档和数据。方案的使用 ,提高了办公效率 ,加强了企业ISO90 0 0的管理水平 。
Aiming at the new characters of 2000 version for ISO9000 to realize the OA system of the quality management system, an integrative designing resolution is put forward: using Domino to deal with documents; making use of ERP system to deal with datum process, providing the Notes client or Web client uniform interface of OA for users to deal with documents and datum through combination of the Domino/Notes with ERP system. The resolution improves the efficiency of OA system,strengthen the ISO 9000 management of the enterprise, and provides technical assurance for the realization of customer centered management principle.
