本文以猪囊尾蚴液为抗原做IHA,156例脑囊虫病人血清,有147例阳性,阳性率为94%;100例健康人均为阴性;与肝吸虫和肺吸虫病人血清之间无交叉反应;与包虫病人血清有明显的交叉反应。9例脑囊虫病人呈阴性反应,其中4例经临床手术证实为脑囊虫,假阴性的出现可能与服用激素类药物有关。结果表明:IHA的灵敏度和特异性仅次于ELISA,但IHA阳性率较高,操作简单,不需要特殊的仪器和试剂,出结果快,适宜一般实验室应用等特点,所以认为IHA是诊断脑囊虫病的重要方法。
IHA was used in the immunodiagnosis of cerebral cysticercosis, with the fluid of cysts of cysticercus cellulosae as antigen. The positive rates of the sera samples from 165 confirmed cerebral cysticercosis were 94% (147/156). While 100 sera from health persons all showed negative reactions and no cross reaction was observed when the sera from the patients with Clonorchiasis and Paragonimiasis were used in the test. Evident cross reaction was observed when the sera from the patient with Echiaococcosis were used in the test. Four in 9 negative reaction cases were observed to be false negative, which might be associated with the application of hormone drugs. The results indicate that IHA is sensitive and specific in the diagnosis of cerebral cysticercosis, not so good as ELISA but IHA is higher positive rate, is simple, doesn't need special instruments and reagents, time-saving and is available in common laboratories.
