摘要
工频量测量最基本的方法始于电工学的原始定义，属于整周分析。但是在特殊场合需要快速测量，本文在分析现有算法优缺点的基础上提出了一种F2010计算方法，并作了算法验证。该算法对输配电设备的差动保护有明显的工程意义。
：The basic method of measuring main frequency parameters results from the definition of electrotechnics．This method belongs to the analysis of all period，but the fast－measuring method is required in special situation． Based on the present methods, this paper put forward a new method－F2010, which has been verified． This method has engineering consequences to differential protection of power system equipment．
