作者介绍了用寡核苷酸引物Y_1和Y_2扩增人类Y染色体α类卫星DNA序列的方法,并用于胎儿性别鉴定。本方法灵敏、准确,无损伤性。作者用之对一胎儿进行了性别鉴定。
This paper describes the determination of fetal sex by PCR amplification of alpha-satellite sequences on chromosomes using a pair of oligonucleotide primers Y_1 and Y_2. By using this sensitive, accurate and non-injured method, the sex of one fetus at 9 weeks was determined.
