摘要
在《服装生产流水线优化运行模型》的基础上，针对在货期紧迫而工厂的生产能力又不足的情况下，运用数学规划手段，建立三个确定最小工作站数的数学模型，帮助企业确定所需增加的工作站数或所需寻找的外发加工厂的规模。
Based on 'Optimum Function Models for Clothing Assembly Line'，the paper further established three optimm control models of working station in accordance with the requirement and conditions of clothing production practice was with an urgent delivery period and an inadequate factory production capacity. Author hopes that the paper could help garment industry to decide the least extra work station or the commission production volume size in or-der to finish task on time.
