摘要
本文在带传动的基本方程的基础上.首次提出了带式无级变速传动的功率——速比曲线的基本理论,分析了包角、摩擦系数、带轮尺寸对功率曲线的影响,得到了适于设计用的最佳功率曲线.
Based on the basic equations which apply to a fixed ratio belt drive, a fundamental theory concerning the theoretical power envelopes over the speed ratio range of a general variable ratio belt drive is presented in this paper,to hte best of author's knowledge,for the first time.The effect of changes inθ,f and pluley sizes is analysed,and the most suitable envelo- pes for the design purpose of the variable ratio belt drive are obtained.
