用回归分析法求得中铬铸铁的硬度与冲击值的函数关系:HRC=68.274-2.495_a(?) r=-0.948利用此回归方程可以综合评估任一工艺与成分的优劣,选定最佳值.中铬铸铁的成分范围为:C1.8～2.5%;Cr4.0～8.0%;Mn0.5～2.2%;Cu0.5～1.0%;Mo0～1.0%.
A functional relation between the hardness and toughess of midium- chrome cast iron is obtained by means of regression.It is: HRC=68.274-2.495ak with this regressive equation it's capable of appreciating any technology or composition of midium-chrome iron and choosing optimum parameters. The composition range of midium-chrome iron concerned is:C1.8～2.55,Cr4～8%,Mn0.5～2.2%,Cu0.5～1%,Mo 0～1%.
