摘要
本文对某工具厂3Cr_2W_8V热锻模失效的形式及原因进行了分析,提出了相应的新工艺,从而避免了早期脆断、克服了强度低、硬度低、型腔容易塌陷等问题。使模具寿命明显提高,由原来锻打2000件左右提高到锻打5000件以上。
