摘要
以FMD理论为基础建立了更精确的含间隙弹性连杆机构动力学模型 ,模型中计入了含间隙刚性机构运动与弹性杆件变形运动的强耦合作用 ,利用求解刚性方程的数值积分法与求解弹性变形运动的模态分析法相结合 ,较为简洁地求得了含间隙弹性机构的动态响应。通过算例表明 。
On the basis of FMD (Flexible multi-body dyna mi cs)theory,more accurate dynamic model for linkage mechanism with clearance conne ctions is establieshed,considers the strong couple between rigid movement with c learances and elastic linkages deformation By combining numerical integral meth od solving stiff equation with mode analysis method solving elastic deformation responses,the dynamic response of linkage mechanism with clearance connections i s achieved The example indicates that the modeling and solving method is accura te and more general for mechanical optimal design
